Atelier Alma, founded by Janina and based in the Bahamas, provides interior design direction and styling guidance. This studio website introduces the approach and gathers project enquiries. Detailed offers, prices and digital downloads are available in Design services. Personal bookings, scope and timing are confirmed individually before payment. The agreed proposal sets out the scope, timing and terms for your personal project.
Scope and prices
Current design fees and deliverables are listed in Design services. Furniture, shipping, tradespeople, applicable taxes and changes outside the agreed scope are separate. Personal Room Design and Room Vision cover one existing bedroom or living room up to 400 square feet (approximately 37 square metres). Each includes one consolidated revision round within the agreed brief. Client measurements are required. Product suggestions are not stock, import or delivery guarantees. Larger or combined spaces, kitchens and bathrooms require a separate scope.
Design limitations
Guidance is decorative and conceptual. It does not cover structural design, engineering, construction drawings, project management or purchasing. Clients verify measurements, stock, suitability and local requirements before ordering or implementing changes. No occupancy, revenue or rating outcome is guaranteed.
Complimentary guides
The 15 Minute Room Reset (2 pages) and The Thoughtful Stay (4 pages) are available without payment. Enter your email to receive your PDF download link. Newsletter updates require separate, optional consent and email confirmation. These guides contain general styling ideas and printable exercises; they are not personalised room designs or technical inspections.

Illustrations
The interior visuals and material moodboards are studio concept studies. They illustrate possible design directions and are not photographs of completed client projects, measured technical models or booking performance case studies. The founder portrait is a digitally styled portrait based on Janina’s own reference photographs.
Home staging
Staging is offered in person in Nassau and Paradise Island and as online guidance worldwide. Scope, fees and terms are confirmed in an individual proposal. Furniture rental, photography, cleaning and building work are not included unless agreed.

Payments
Design fees are listed and charged in USD through the secure checkout. Personal projects are confirmed before payment.
The Living Room Edit and digital guides
Because digital products are available to download immediately, purchases are non-refundable once delivered. If your file does not open or a download link does not work, contact me and I will send a replacement.
Online Design Consultation
You can reschedule your session once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment receive a full refund. Later cancellations or missed sessions are not refundable. If I need to reschedule, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.
Room Clarity Review, Personal Room Design and Room Vision
You can cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided work has not yet started. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable. If I am unable to complete your project, you will receive a refund for the parts not delivered.
Home staging
Payment terms, cancellation and refunds are set out in your individual proposal before work begins.
