This website presents Atelier Alma design services and digital guides. Complimentary guides are delivered by email after you request one; newsletter signup is separate and optional. Booking and purchases take place on the external services linked below; this website does not collect your payment card details.

Downloads and website access

I use the email address you provide to send the guide download link. This does not automatically subscribe you to newsletters. Website hosting providers may process technical access data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the website.

Contact by email or Instagram

You can contact Atelier Alma at atelieralma.design@outlook.com. Information you send by email is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange your project. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.

If you choose to contact @atelieralma.design, you leave this website and use Instagram. Instagram's own privacy terms apply. Information you share with the studio is used to discuss your enquiry and potential project. Please do not send guest personal data, property access codes or payment card details in a message.

Bookings, purchases and your project area

The linked booking and checkout services provide scheduling, booking notifications, purchase receipts and your private customer area. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider displayed at checkout. These services receive the information needed to provide the booking or purchase and have their own privacy terms.

Online meeting notes

Consultations take place online using the link in your booking confirmation. With your permission, your session may be recorded and transcribed so Janina can focus on you rather than take notes. AI may help prepare project summaries and next steps. Please tell Janina before or during the meeting if you prefer no recording. Meeting notes are used for your project; raw meeting reports are not automatically shared with other customers.

Before a project begins

The studio will provide confirmed business contact information, relevant project terms and information about handling your project materials before accepting a booking. This page describes the current website and the services linked from it. Project terms and the handling of your project materials are confirmed before your project begins.

Complimentary guides and optional email updates

When you request a guide, I use your email address to deliver its download link. If you separately choose my newsletter, I ask you to confirm your subscription by email. I record the confirmed consent wording and date. You can unsubscribe from updates using the link in any newsletter, or contact atelieralma.design@outlook.com. Guide requests do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. I use Resend to send guide emails, subscription confirmations and newsletters, and to store subscriber language, confirmed consent wording and date, subscription preferences and delivery information on my behalf. Guide download links expire after seven days; newsletter confirmation links expire after 48 hours. Requested guides and optional newsletters are separate. You may ask me to access, correct or delete your information by emailing atelieralma.design@outlook.com. I retain information only as needed for guide delivery, subscriptions and consent records.
